This first-hand experience has shaped who I am—not just personally, but professionally. As an HR consultant, I draw on this multicultural foundation to foster inclusive workplaces where differences are respected, and diverse voices are not only heard but celebrated.

Some days I’m building strategies for clients, negotiating offers, or delivering training. Other days, I’m making dinner while replying to emails with one hand and settling the kids with the other.

It’s not always graceful—but it is grounded in purpose.
